Contractor is to furnish frozen product (case ready) for Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries located in the Eastern United States. For the purpose of this solicitation, there will be 33 commissaries in the East that will be grouped geographically into three groups that will be specified in the solicitation. Store locations for each cluster are as follows: Cluster 1: Aberdeen PG, MD, Andrews AFB, MD, Annapolis, MD, Bolling AFB, DC, Carlisle Barracks, PA, Dover AFB, DE, Fort Detrick, MD, Fort Meade, MD, Patuxent River, MD, Sugar Grove, WV and Walter Reed, DC. Cluster 2: Dahlgren, VA, Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Eustis, VA, Fort Lee, VA, Fort Myer, VA, Langley AFB, VA, Little Creek, VA, Norfolk, VA, Oceana, VA, Portsmouth, VA, and Quantico, VA. Cluster 3: Camp Lejeune, NC, Charleston AFB, SC, Charleston NWS, SC, Cherry Point, NC, Fort Bragg, NC (North Post), Fort Bragg, NC (South Post), Fort Jackson, SC, New River, NC, Parris Island, SC, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC and Shaw AFB, SC. A Blanket Purchase Agreement is contemplated with a Firm Fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 424460, which sets the small business threshold at 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued on a small business set aside. The period of performance will be 12 months from the date of award.
